The menu is curated by Chef Olivier Bellin, a two-star Michelin chef from L’Auberge des Glazicks in Brittany. The chef is a passionate advocate of sustainable dining, and his menus revolve around responsibly sourced seafood and locally farmed produce which he uses to tell stories about his region.

- Smart Elegant attire is encouraged. Please note that slippers, flip flops, and sleeveless tops are not permitted.
- For a refined dining experience, please allow at least 2 hours for lunch and 3 hours for dinner.
- Cakes crafted by our pastry team are available with a 72-hour notice. For orders and inquiries, contact ocean@rwsentosa.com.
- Children aged 4 and above are welcome for lunch. For dinner, we welcome children aged 8 and above who can enjoy the adult menu. We regret that a children’s menu is not available.
- Special table requests are subject to availability.
- No outside food is permitted. Kindly inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our menus offer a vegetarian alternative, but we are unable to accommodate vegan, Halal, severe celiac, or milk protein-free requirements. Please use the special request box during reservation to inform us of any dietary needs, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- A corkage fee of $100++ per 750ml wine bottle and $250++ per hard liquor bottle applies. All bottles must be sealed and duty-paid.
- Our private dining room accommodates up to 8 guests, with a minimum spend of $1800++ for lunch and $2500++ for dinner. Preordering of a set menu is required. Email us directly for any inquiries.
